Faculty Club's age-old historic setting provides a fitting, contemporary solution for anyone looking to organise a meeting in the very best circumstances. Faculty Club manager Tine Verhelst welcomes you to one of Leuven's main venues: the Infirmary of the Grand Beguinage, which dates back to the 13th century, or the Convent of Chièvres, which was built in 1561. On 31 March 2000 the Grand Beguinage was recognised as a UNESCO world heritage site, and part of this unique location is under Faculty Club's care and management.

The beautifully restored buildings offer all modern conveniences, aiming to please every guest. All our conference rooms have free wireless internet, while our climate control system allows you to have an efficient meeting in a unique historic setting, even on hot summer days. After the meeting or conference, you can continue to network in our lounge with bar, or – weather permitting – out on the terrace. Our free car park offers spaces for up to 250 vehicles.
All these qualities make Faculty Club the venue of choice for your seminar, product launch, press conference or residential conference. We offer various all-inclusive meeting packages or a completely bespoke service. Our Seminar Coach will be happy to help you with any questions you may have. For the organisation of residential seminars, Faculty Club collaborates closely with local hotels.

Faculty Club's meeting facilities also include a true culinary treat, thanks to our collaboration with star restaurant Arenberg. Every day our top chef Pieter De Keyser prepares a delicious lunch menu for you and your guests to enjoy. The Smiley label we are proud to display guarantees a reliable auto control system for food quality and safety.
Faculty Club is also a unique venue for your celebrations and formal functions, whether they be professional events or family occasions. The 13th-century Infirmary Hall accommodates groups up to 200 people, while a number of private salons offer a more intimate atmosphere for smaller groups.

Two Michelin forks

Finally, we would like to present Faculty Club's à la carte restaurant, which has held two Michelin forks for six consecutive years now. Our chef's delicious menu can be enjoyed Mondays through Fridays and, weather permitting, meals are served al fresco on what is undoubtedly the most beautiful terrace in Leuven.
